National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago

Oxford Biomedical Research (our parent company) has been awarded a USDA grant to develop a rapid frying oil test. This test will allow restaurants to quickly determine how long they can use their frying oil and when to discard it. Users will be able to maximize oil usage without compromising food quality.
